Durante il primo incontro di Cittadini Creativi (7 marzo 2013), abbiamo presentato una serie di casi studio di servizi basati su scambio, affitto e vendita di beni e prestazioni, per poi esplorare le possibilità offerte dalla città di Milano e confrontare gli spunti dei casi con la vita quotidiana in una sessione di brainstorming.

Gli strumenti utilizzati sono stati:

-casi studio, organizzati attraverso schede stampate;

-sticker per valutare i casi;

-quaderni personalizzati su cui prendere appunti;

-mappa concettuale divisa in quadranti: problemi e opportunità (da applicare contesto urbano), bisogni e desideri (da applicare al cittadino individuo/comunità);

-post it di diversi colori per ogni area;

During the first session of Creative Citizens we have presented an overview of case studies about real services based on exchange, rental and sale of goods/kills; we also have explored the possibilities offered by the city of Milan and compared them to the insights we gained from the case study analysis, in a sort of brainstorming session.

During the meeting we have used some design tools:

- printed cards with case studies;

- stickers to evaluate the services (like, don’t like);

- customized notebooks;

- mind map divided into quadrants: problems and opportunities (to apply to the urban context), needs and desires (to apply to the citizen as individual/community);

-post-it with different colors (one for each area of the map);
